WHO LET THE DOG OUT ! ! ! ! A night for the dogs at the Orange Park Kennel Club! PHINS gather for some phun at the Grey Hound races. The night included a reserved room with assorted hot & cold hors d'oeuvre cash bar and pre-race betting guide one race named for our club including a photo opportunity with the winning dog a handler brings a "retired" grey hound to show us, talks about the "dog's life", and answers questions from the group
